No free time to melanguk anymore (i.e. game / sleep / melanguk atas katil).. because after class I will have an ‘extra co-curriculum classes’ at Sokol. I hardly watch TV anymore. Last time I used to watch news  just to keep in touch with the world outside Russia. But ever since I subscribed to Night Plan Megaphone, I just wake up every morning to surf news, surf facebook, read my emails, chat with abah.. and this and that without restraining myself from opening unnecessary pages or websites. My daily routine nowadays - go to class in the morning / lecture –> then come back –> prepare for tomorow’s topic –> go to Sokol –> back in hostel + shower –> rest + dinner –> homework overview –> sleep. Only the difference is in Sokol there are different classes everyday. So… takdelah monotonous hidup ini. 

 

For autumn timetable, Sokol offers :

Monday - Step basic + ABS, UT +, Body Pump, ABS + Stretch classes.

Tuesday - Yoga beg, Pilates ,TaeBo,  Strip dance, ABS, Latin dance classes

Wednesday - Step intermediate, ABS stretch, Dance technique, Step Combo, Stretch, Yoga Beg, Callanetics, Perenatal.

Thursday - Core, Yoga-lates, Callanetics, Step Combo

Friday - Step COmbo, UT+. Body Pump, Abs + Stretch, Dance mix

Saturday - Body flex, Step COmbo, Core, Yoga 1, Perenatal, Step combo, Strip dance, UT+, Kinesis

Sunday - Callanetics, Cycling, Step combo, Pilates mat, Oriental, Edinoborctva (I have no idea what is it).

 

Usually I will go to at least one class / day + cardio threadmill for 1 hr. 

 

I feel healthy!. Oh by the way, if anyone interested in joining Sokol, its 10 000 rubles per year.

Just got back from Pharmacorpus College after Deepa Raya - lah! concert 08. For the first time, Malaysian ambassador came to our concert (never in history). The ceremony was ok lah. Same people doing same thing every year. These things are not so exciting anymore for me. 

 

Just organized my wardrobe. Took out my winter attires and it took me 1 hour and a half to sort of my clothes. As usual, there must be a system, even for a closet. 

 

So Last Friday I went to Dance Mix class in Sokol after cardio. The instructor used Fergie’s my hump song. Rad!. I feel like Im one of the dancers in her music video. Haha. Today we went to Step Combo class followed by cardio. Step COmbo was really tiring! It burns ur fat while toning ur mm at the same time. I like it most compared to others. Tomorrow going to cycling class. Cycling class is a must at least once a week because I need to cut those extra inches from my thighs. Sigh if only I am super rich and super famous… Liposuction terus!. Tada - Jessica alba’s hot bod. CIt. 

 

Most important thing I learn here is, never trust anyone as ur friend. I mean you can be friends but you just can’t trust people. Especially people who talk bad about their ‘friends’. 99% they’re talking about you too.  Whatever. 

 

Some people gossips. Some people ‘layan’ their significant other. Some people play comp games. I go to SOkol. :)

Im having a core cycle (int med) right now but still never fail to go to Sokol Fitness Club everyday to make sure my annual fee is worth every penny. 

 

Currently, I have no definite idea whatsoever for my patient’s primary diagnosis. Clue.. general weakness, tiredness, was admitted to the hosp after a routine medical check up at a polyclinic for a blood analysis, had Herpes zoster infection 1 year ago. Palpable unilateral cervical lymph nodes - small, liver non palpable, spleen - saya akan check balik hari ni haha.. More Clue: Warded in Hematology department. Since for the past 2 days I have only learnt about AML,ALL & CML, CLL…. chances are any of these 4 lah kut kan?. I asked him what he has been taking during his stay in the hosp. He said only took Prednisolone. CLL? Heee. Main tipu lah.. Further lab investigation needed. But if in this case, what should i put as my primary diagnosis?. Trow ntah tatau camne la nak present case kat Dr Harry Potter. Bantai ah. Hematology histo pun ntah ke mane ntah letak dlm kepala otak ni.

So back to my fitness craze thingy..

I registered last Sunday. After a brief moment with the instructor, i went to its cycling class - Best. Will go again. Yea yea yea. (and then after that makan nachos at Siam food court - memang!!). 

  • On Monday I went for a routine cardio workout (threadmill & cycling) and after that went to its Body Pump class - Best GIle Baabas! I was fascinated with their weird equipments and all (dah kata dah seribu tahun tak work out kut! - jakunlah.). 
  • On TUesday (Constitution day = holiday) went for Tae-Bo(yes as in dush dush kick and box - reminds me of my ‘hot hot chicken shit’ kickboxing class in KL)  & Strip Dance Class. - BOdy ache from head to toe till now. Strip dance yeah (Strip as in not- literally kay).. Hehe.. Dont play play. 
  • On Wednesday - I went to its Yoga Beginner class. Hmm.. after stretching… sedap sikit badan after all those kicking and boxing, running and dancing the day before. 

Trow im going to Step COmbo class before doing usual cardio threadmill workout. 

On Friday im planning to go to its BOdy Pump & Abs-Stretch class. and on Saturday.. well see how it goes later k. 

 

Woo. Semangat gila babas. I hope this thing is not a hot hot chicken shit thing yeah.
